Well you know... in racing sometimes you struggle, others everything fits into place. In one way or in the other it is still a nice suffering and, even if after Monza nothing amazing happened, the fact of being there racing, driving a racing car and living a racing weekend is still the greatest satisfaction! Unfortunately in Misano and Donington I had a series of technical inconveniences that were difficult to handle but it is not just a matter of misfortune... bad luck does not exist and the more you call it the more it comes to you!!! Simply put, racing cars can break down, they always had... if this then happens in free practice it is better than in the race but one has to realize that these things happen. The victory in Monza was not by chance, I am sure of this and I will prove it. I hope I will produce a lot of spectacle still in the coming races, I owe this to all people that, as myself, believe in this.

Well, let's say that Portimao did not bring good luck last year: Max Pigoli got retired twice out of two races, I was in the hospital from Friday to Sunday due to a food poisoning... can it go any worse this year??? No, no, no... in Portimao things will go better, we will work to score better results as we have always done! I feel a lot of affection from people around me and writing to me... quite rightly they expect to see something good... well... I hope I won't disappoint anyone!

These are stressful days, full of tension, but mostly full of emotions for the upcoming first race of the Superstars 2011. I trained a lot during winter, I tried to improve a lot from last year. Monza is my home, it really is important to run a good race and to show everyone that I can do good things, that I can really get high up in the standings and take the pink car higher, where top drivers are.

This is an hope, a dream, a strong desire that I hope will come true: I owe this to myself, to my father that believes in me and to the whole team that has always supported me and put me in the conditions to express my best. I had the chance to exploit the over-decennial experience of my team mate, Max Pigoli, whom I'd like to gratefully thank and now I am, in awe of surprise, finding myself with one of the best International drivers at my side: Johnny Herbert. Certainly I will not forget Andrea Dromedari, fast driver and gifted with unique humility and likeability. could there be a better team?

If last year has been a huge training for me to learn how to race among the best, my objective this year is gonna be to try and catch them!
